Free Amigurumi Bunny Pattern

You will need:

YarnArt Jeans yarn: orange #77, grey #49, green #69
2.0 mm crochet hook
6 mm safety eyes
Sewing needle, scissors
Fiberfill

Abbreviations:
R – row
ch – chain
sc – single crochet
inc – increase (2 sc in one stitch)
dec – decrease (2 sc together)
BLO – back loop only
[…] – number of stitches you should have at the end of the row
(…) – repeat whatever is between the brackets the given number of times.

Arms (make 2)
With grey yarn:
R 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
R 2: (inc) repeat 6 times [12]
R 3: 12 sc
R 4: 4 sc, 2 dec, 4 sc [10]
R 5: 10 sc
R 6: 4 sc, 1 dec, 4 sc [9]
R 7: 9 sc
R 8: (dec) repeat 4 times
Stuff the bottom part of the arm slightly.
Fold the top opening flat and 2 sc through both sides.
Fasten off.

Legs (make 2)
With grey yarn:
R 1: 6 sc in magic ring [6]
R 2: (inc) repeat 6 times [12]
R 3-4: 12 sc (2 rows)
R 5: 3 sc, 3 dec, 3 sc [9]
R 6-7: 9 sc (2 rows)
R 8: 3 sc only
Stuff the bottom part of the leg slightly.
Fold the top opening flat and 4 sc through both sides.
Fasten off.

The head and body are made as one piece.

With orange yarn:

R 3: (1 sc, inc) repeat 6 times [18]
R 4: (2 sc, inc) repeat 6 times [24]
R 5: (3 sc, inc) repeat 6 times [30]
R 6: (4 sc, inc) repeat 6 times [36]
In the next row we will attach legs:
R 7: BLO: 4 sc sc together with sc of the 1st leg, 3 sc, 4 sc sctogether with sc of the 2nd leg, 25 sc
R 8: 36 sc
R 9: (4 sc, dec) repeat 6 times [30]
R 10-11: 30 sc (2 rows)
R 12: (3 sc, dec) repeat 6 times [24]
R 13-14: 24 sc (2 rows)
R 15: (2 sc, dec) repeat 6 times [18]
R 16: 17 sc, move a stitch marker back in 1 sc
In the next row we will attach arms:

Stuff with fiberfill.

Change to grey yarn:

Insert safety eyes between R 26 and R 27 at the distance of 3 sc from each other.
R 28: (8 sc, dec) repeat 4 times [36]
R 29: (4 sc, dec) repeat 6 times [30]
R 30: (3 sc, dec) repeat 6 times [24]
Stuff with fiberfill.
R 31: (2 sc, dec) repeat 6 times [18]
Change to green yarn:
R 32: (1 sc, dec) repeat 6 times [12]
Finish stuffing.

Fasten off.

Fold the top opening flat and 4 sc through both sides.
