Reverse Single Crochet: Reverse single crochet simply means to crochet from left to right side of the round. You can use this technique to make borders on your works. Chain 1 on the right side to turn your work. Insert your hook into the RIGHT of the stitch you have just worked. Make single crochets in this way from left to right and do not forget to stretch your yarn when crocheting. Reverse single crochet until the end of the round.

Place the security eyes between round 55-56 with a distance of 9 stitches between them. Leave a long tail after finishing crocheting the arms. Stuff them firmly and sew them to the body by closing the holes. Sew the arms on the body where the neck section begins.

Sew the big buns on the right and left sides of the hair as shown in the pictures. Stuff them lightly, they should look curved. Sew the small buns under the big ones and slightly back of the head.
Inner Part of the Skirt (With White Color)
We will crochet the inner part of the skirt by joining our yarn into the BLO stitches of Rnd34 on the body. Crochet the whole skirt as Dc.
Rnd 1: (2dc, DCinc) x 12 times (48)
Rnd2-4: 48dc
Rnd 5: (3dc,DCinc) x 12 times (60)
Rnd 6-10: 60dc
To make the borders on the inner part of the skirt; Yarn over, skip two stitches and insert your hook into the 3rd stitch from your hook and make one Dc and make 5 more Dc into the same stitch. Repeat until the end of the round. There will be one last stitch slst into this last stitch. Fasten off.
Upper Part of the Skirt ( With Blue)
We will crochet the upper part of the skirt by joining our yarn into the BLO stitches of Rnd36 on the body.
Crochet the whole skirt as Dc.
Rnd 1: 1Dc, 1Dcinc around (54)
Rnd 2-4: 54Dc
Rnd 5: 2Dc, 1Dcinc (72)
Rnd 6-11: 72Dc Fasten off.
After crocheting and sewing make embroideries on dress and front part of the hair as you can see from the pictures. You can use three different colors of yarn.
